customazing the races

in a metaverse game does it use the defaults for the races you dont play?

What i mean is could i open up all the races and clear all there points. Then play against them and have a large advantage.

The answer is quite simple... cant remember the correct answer but it is the opposite of yes

You can edit the races but playing a Metaverse game after doing this would be pointless as your score would be flagged as a cheater!

The only mods you can do to the metaverse games are graphical ones and you can also alter anything that the XML states as 'ignore'.

AI races use their default settings, not any changes you've configured. The only way to change the defaults would be to edit the appropriate data files, and doing that on a meta game would trip the cheats flag and zero your score for that game.

that's not nice to see (I can't say hear right?) but it is true, why can't you just play in lower level, like normal or begginer, don't count cakewalk cause it's like to have your enemy race didn't found hyperdrive...

For everyone else-
i like i am playing at a higher setting thenmost of you. I was just woundering cause i didnt want other people to do it. And i wanted to make sure metaverse just uses defaults, which is alot better.
