Need help creating bootskin

Progress bar problem

Hi everyone!
Im having a problem with the bootskin im making.
The main bootskin and everything is working fine,
but wherever the progress bar goes, it leaves a black line.
Can someone help me with this?

The line "left behind" the Progress Bar image will be the color that is in Slot Zero of your color palette. If your image editing software won't let you set this, you can try my Bootskin Buddy gadget which lets you edit the palette.

You have to plan your images beforehand to take full advantage of changing Slot Zero, avoiding duplicate colors in the palette, and so on.
