Just a thought: usually it's easier to get ahead if you proofread and spellcheck the things you write. couldn't make out a lot of what you were saying here.

And I'm not a Stardockian, just an observer.

People who work for Stardock r normal sized, perhaps slightly on the puny side,   but they r computer geeks after all.

They r extremely good cmputer geeks however.

I think he has an idea for a game but has no programing or art skills so he wants to work at Star Dock, as a designer not a programmer.

I really doubt that would happen. Ideas are cheap, programmers cost money.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out where you really went wrong in your approach. Never call a potential employer a dick.

Truer (sp?) words were never typed.

(I've been laughing since you posted that)

Missed that. Cheers for highlighting it.

In fact on this forum, they're pretty much a waste-product...

Hey iHax,

Unfortunatly, at the moment, we already have a timetable of products that have us working up through 2011, so there's really not any need at the moment for us to hire someone JUST for game design ideas.

I suggest, if you do have a really great idea, pick up a "Teach yourself C++" book and start coding it yourself. Or, if you want, get into C# and play around with microsofts upcoming "Game Studio Express", a free tool for anyone that wants to create windows or XBox360 games. Also, there are tons of talented coders out there, perhaps you can contract someone to get the ball rolling.

Hope these ideas help!

LOL. Now the stardock haters have a new slang, nice goin ihax.

Dont worry your not alone. I have tons of ideas but no real programming skill.
Althoug i do intend to get that skill and hopefully stardock will hire me.

Yes I am willing to move to Michigan. Im kinda tired of all the hurricanes and blisteringly hot weather we get here in Louisiana.

So stardock, in a few years you may be getting my application.
