Cannot creat a charachter, serial bug?????????

I bought a collector edition of calciv 2 in poland, update it to version 1.2, i register my game using my serial everything is all right, get acces to the bonus download it and instal it. When i try to creat my charachter using the same serial what for the registration it tells me that il is NOT VALID!!!! What is going on , is it a bug? what can i do, i bought the game specialy to play in the metavers !

Are you using the Collector's Edition serial (begins with GC2- and has dashes in it) or the game serial (28 numbers and letters A-F, no dashes)? You need to use the game serial for creating a metaverse character.

I was using the colector serial, the over is un update code i will try whith the over, the colector serial is the only serial i have
