selling graphics

for thoes of you who do these icons and such as a business.... i would like to get into selling graphics. when you do the icons with the xp or adobe etc logo, are you able to resell them? or do the graphics you sell have to be 100% original.

For legal reasons any icons you sell as you say like the XP or Adobe logos cannot be resold without explicit permission form the respective companies.. albeit if you believe your icon to be 100% original you can always argue the case but mainly the bigger company will win. There are varying licenses in regards to Copyright, Google "The Creative Commons license" for more info
