bought OD, but no propagation onto this site

Hi, I bought Object Desktop about a week ago, using the same email address as used on this site.  However, the details have not propagated across, and I still have a 20 MB download limit.

How long does it normally take to update this site?  Anything I can do apart from wait?

Thank you for your reply. That was the first thing that I did (should have noted that above) but the email address used here is the same email address used for the purchase, as I said above. All I get is a warning saying that I have used the same address, and the section below that states that the information will propagate across, as also mentioned in the original post.

So I'm not sure what to do.

log out, close WC, clear your temp files and cookied, come back an log in and check

Your showing as level 4 so you've done everything right. Im sure its just a matter of the site catching up. Did you clear your temp files and cookies like Bichur said to do then relog in ?

I only see your current account having downloaded 3 megs, so I'm not sure what is happening.  Please delete your WinCustomize cookies.  Log off, close your browser, then load your browser and log back in.  If that does not solve it, please let us know.

winaje, please post the exact message you are getting in regards to the download limit because you should not be getting any limits right now.
