HELP!!!!!!

My dad bought galciv 2 and we are trying to down load it we enter he use my email adress and his twice we cant figure out which stardock.net account he used and we need help plzzzzzzzzz other wise it 44.95 dollars which me and my dad will never see again

Since you have bought it from stardock.net, haven't you received a confirmation e-mail? And in order to download it through SDC, you need a serial id, that should also be send by e-mail.

And have you tried to contact [email protected]?

If you purchased the game online, you should have received a confirmation email and a serial code at whatever email address is connected to the stardock account that you purchased the game with...   If this does not solve the issue, contact [email protected] and let them know you are having problems getting ahold of that confirmation email....
