Mithis Entertainment has responded to SCi Entertainment's response to Mithis' claims of theft. Mithis claims that servers, software and source code for Joint Task Force, Battlestation: Midway and Nexus: The Juniper Incident were removed from their offices. The ongoing PR conflict continues today with Mithis again alleging that former employees conspired to remove software from the premise and hand it over to SCi even though a development agreement was signed in 2003 which specified that Mithis remain the sole owner of the source code it developed.
"The question of questions that still remains unanswered by SCi - how and when did it get hold of the source code, which it admits that it has, and was this done in a legal manner?" MGE Software's statement reads.
"MGE will continue to take every possible measure according to the laws in order to protect its rights," the company concluded.
As of press time, Mithis' homepage simply reads "Website closed."
