Diplomatic problem with 5c

from Stardock Forums
Am at war with the Torians and Invaded their homeworld.
After this they offered peach treaty and i accepted but it kept on coming back with new remarks which i had to accept or reject.


As the only way to stop this (accept brought up another) i had to reject and the peace treaty got rejected aswell.

Next i offered peace treaty (reloaded previous game) and this got rejected but when i left crashed to desktop.
Debug shows :

Minor issue, Speaking to The Alexians gives string not found.

Yea I had this and couldnt break out and remained at war. which i didnt want

whilst i am here, 'find' ship seems to have stopped working. Also I had a Up vote not to attack starbases for 3 years however the AI continued to send ships to my starbases but could not attack - so there were swarms of ships round them which was good for me as they weren't doing anything - but not clever by them.
