Question - Author Medals

Hey folks, apologies if this has been asked before - have scanned through the old posts but couldn't see anything related to this.

What are the Author Medals, just out of interest?

I assume you mean the medals at the bottom of posts? You get those when you play Metaverse games. When you mouse-over them they give little text tips as to what they are (they did before, don't think that's working with the new forum). Just set up a Metaverse character using the "My Account" link at the top of this page. When you start a new game, click on the Metaverse button. 4 medals appear right away after you submit your first game.

Yep understand those thanks mate, but in the Legend in the Metaverse info, it shows all possible medals and there is a section called 'Author Medals' - wondered what they were for.

You get those for various things you do on the forum - I believe the categories contain awards like 'Most Comments', 'Most Posts', etc.

They're bugged, I should have the #2 comments medal. But it's shared with #2 poster (possibly because Brad is #1 at everything forum-related)

it is bugged! in the forum score I have only make 7 posts and 7 comments! but I already have a lot then that! including this reply!
