Famous, or infamous game designer John Romero has finally detailed what he has been doing since leaving Midway last year. The former id and Ion Storm employee has started another game company, Slipgate Ironworks or Slipg8.

The Redwood City-based company will be focused on MMO development with a project and funding already secured. The official website comes with little fanfare and is complete with various job postings including 'Senior 3D Artist,' 'Senior Game Designer' and more.
