Even in death, Ken Lay (R.B.) cheats justice

Wondering what the R.B. stands for in the headline? How about Rat Bastard?!

Dirty, rotten, no-good piece of human excrement (or perhaps it was horse excrement or bull excrement).

Either way the no-good Rat Bastard, Ken Lay, thanks to the scum-sucking, bottom-feeding, mouthpieces known as lawyers that represent him, and thanks to some twisted legal quirks and loopholes will apparently never officially be found guilty and never have to pay even a penny in the judgement that had been made against him by the federal court system.

His estate may still be sued into extinction by civil cases, but the federal case is gone, vacated thanks to his death.

It would figure that only a true roach, rodent, piece of crap like Lay could use death to escape justice.

Anyone else that has a choice name to call the now "dearly" departed, feel free to use some space here.

BTW, some choice clips from the original article:
Under precedents set by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, a defendant is not technically ruled guilty until the person has been sentenced and has exhausted the appeals process, lawyers said.

Since Lay died before his sentencing and appeal, the conviction does not stand, and the financial claim by the government will not proceed, they said.

"I think it's pretty clear the conviction will be abated," Michael Wynne, a former federal prosecutor now in private practice said.
