got a question...need help

Hey, im new to the metaverse and was wondering y i cant seem to create a character on my account. every time i try to 'add character' it gives me an error message about my name containing non-numerical characters (attempted to enter Corrupt852 -should work, dont know y it doesnt-) and im not sure what the serial number should be. if anyones got any pointers for a noob player id appreciate them greatly.

I think it always gives that error no matter what the problem is. The serial number is long and it's the one on the CD case so just make sure you are entering it correctly.

Also, if you're using Firefox, try switching to IE. I know they've been trying to work out some compatibility issues, but I never had any success using Firefox for Metaverse tasks. I haven't tried that (using FF in the MV site) in over a month, though.
