Oh,too bad camile got booted out tonight!!! Dang! I
hope she still gets a record deal. There's a whole lotta potential in camile
that camile-bashers hate to recognize. I agree that Camile's style has no match
to the belt-it-out types of singing of the other contestants, but she has a very
unique vocal talent, that seems like a breath of fresh air from the music of the
commonly heard power belters we hear on the radio.
I still send Camile moi hugs and *clap*clap*clap* for all her efforts to explore her talent. AI3 opened lots of opportunities, and she has gained the support of a lot of Americans and Asians (especially Pinoys), majority of which are teenagers. Camile's talent is often dismissed for it's just one of those scratchy and bumpy teenybopper singing style people got tired of seeing and hearing from the American popular music scene. I don't think it's fair (not a bit) to get these repulsive remarks from people who aren't willing to get their earwax-clogged ears some cleaning (Geezsh! One even harshly commented she's one ghetto trash).
Camile has the charisma and the vocal talent (not usually heard from AI contestants), and we're just ROOTING for her. Oh well, just my two cents worth on Camile's exit...she's gone for now, but she'll make a big come back.
