Help with images please

I've been trying to upload an image to diplay with my posts and have not been able to get it done yet. Tried resizing the image before upload, tried changing the jpeg settings in my editing program, all to no avail. What are the requirements of an image: size, jpeg quality, color depth? Can't figure out what I'm missing . . .

Which image are you exactly referring to? Do you mean the avatar in top top right of your posts, or are you trying to get images in the main body of your posts?

It should work with any JPEG image at or under 50x50 pixels. You may also try logging in at wincustomize.com (forums are linked, so same user/pass), and changing it from there.

Also, be sure you're trying to set the Personal Icon one, that's the avatar.
