Iraqi Security Forces Participate in More than 80 percent..

Heres what they are doing....

Iraqi security forces participated in more than 80 percent of operations in

Iraq last week, either independently or combined with other Coalition troops.

• Of 446 operations conducted the week ending May 12, Iraqi security

forces conducted 139 of them alone and 223 of them with Coalition

forces, leaving only 84 operations preformed solely by Coalition troops.

• Iraqi forces, even those operating independently, still need Coalition

help in logistics, transportation, close-air support, and medical

assistance.

Total Trained & Equipped ISF: (Iraqi Security Forces) includes Army and Police.

~263,400+

does not include almost 170,000 facilities security forces.

Considering the Col would rather watch the country fall into the ocean than accept reality... he would lie through his rotting teeth.

I read many like it, also the Iraq news web sites (Al-Jezzera among others), and also get e-mails from some of the troops over there right now. SO I get a pretty good varied source. But since you hear all the negative from everyone else, I figure someone has to point out what iis not being said.
