IconPackager Stops Fruityloops from Opening.. What the?

Everything was going well.
Having a completely macintosh looking pc interface was nearly complete! AND THEN:

I installed IconPackager Public Version 3.10 (x86)
Now when I try to open my beloved Fruityloops
(MY ONE TRUE FRIEND), it wont open!!!
I thought, ok maybe this is a slight hitch.

I tried to reinstall fruityloops. Guess what?
The installation process has errors like:
Fruityloops wont open (not a word for word quote)

For the clueless: Fruityloops is a Sequencer to produce Music, which uses VST/DXi plugins. Other music softwares like this are:
- Cakewalk
- Cubase
- Reason
- Logic and so forth .. and so forth

Please help me. thanks

Does it work if you uninstall IconPackager?

Fruityloops wont open (not a word for word quote)

Anything closer than "Fruityloops won't open" would be helpful.
The actual error message if any really helps.

sorry about the late reply. Full message when trying to install:

- Fruityloops 6 Setup -

Error opening file or writing:
C:/program files/image-line/fl studio 6/fl.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file

When I try to open it (before I tried the reinstallation), it didnt display a message
It just didnt open. The cursor did the busy sign and then returned back to normal.
As you probably know, the above file in the error message is the main execution file for opening fruityloops.
Here are the other error messages I got (if ignore option pressed for the above error message)
N.B. Retry wont work:

Same as above except the file and location different:
C:/program files/image-line/fl studio 6/system/plugin/rewire/FLReWire.dll
N.B. Retry again doesnt work. I pressed Ignore:

then the installation process crashes
CTRL ALT DELETE gets rid of window by ending task

Hope this information helps. thanks

I've heard of WB conflictions stopping programs from opening.

Haven't heard of IP causing a program to no open or install.

what programs did you use to get your 'mac interface'?
