Cannot find Macromedia Flash...?

First off, I love all of the Stardock products for desktop customizing (haven't tried any games yet). I do seem to be having a reoccuring problem with Cursor XP Plus v1.31 . I normally use the "hand" cursor (the best out of the standard lot) and sometimes an error message pops up saying "Cannot find macromedia flash". When the message appears the cursor icon reverts to normal (windows standard). When the user clicks OK, the "hand" icon reappears and all functions correctly. This is seemingly appearing at random although when the pointer is in use the popup doesn't appear. It seems that only when it is idle does the popup show.
If anyone knows what this is or how to fix it, let me know.

PS - I can give a Everest or SiSoft report of my specs if that helps.

3 yrs...never had that issue.

Sounds more like something else is trying to find macrmedia flash and failing.
You might want to go the the flash website and see if an update helps.

while you're there, have it check your settings to make sure deny everything is on, else you could have it set to allow the outside world access to your microphone, speakers, computer.
