pq ability bonus

i am wondering if on this patch is the bonus working??? would like to know before i mess with my abilitys right now, thks

Hi!
In 1.11 it works, but it gives new tiles only on colonized planets. Conquered ones still got only increase in PQ number.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there now a problem with bonus PQ ratings reverting to normal after loading a saved game?

I don't think there is, at least for me... At least, I'm pretty sure my class 49 planet wasn't like that to start with.
