Although the development house behind the MMORPG Shadowbane has been let go by Ubisoft, the game will still receive full support while remaining free to play.
Veterans of the now defunct Wolfpack Studios have managed to create their own company, Stray Bullet Games, and pledge to continue support for their former studio's MMORPG. The new company is under contract with Ubisoft to continue support, but no announcement has been made regarding the possible creation of new content or features.
Sean 'Ashen Temper' Dahlberg, former Wolfpack and now Stray Bullet employee, commented on his blog that the new studio "definitely does not plan on being a one-trick pony," and will be working on their own next-gen MMO while supporting Shadowbane.
