Hello All,

I am creating this thread as a place to log and/or write about your daily workouts. I will try to keep a daily posting myself.

Today I did a arm and shoulder workout that included alternating dumbbell curls, hammer curls, tricep kickbacks, and overhead extensions for arms. I did shrugs, front delt raises, upright rows for shoulders. I did three sets of ten each and concluded with 50 floor crunches.

Hello All,

This morning I did a fast walk of 1.25 miles with My Little Honey and our two dogs, Tripper and Pepper. The desert sun was up and hot already, but it was a glorious walk none-the-less.

This afternoon I plan to get in a chest and back workout.

Yesterday I did 2.5 miles running and a chest/back workout. Today I will run four miles, no weights.

Hello All,
Sunday was an "off" day, although I did go swimming. This morning I ran/walked 2.33 miles and did an arms/shoulders workout. Getting pretty warm and toasty in the desert.

Hello All,
Yesterday I did not run, but I did do a chest/back workout with weights. This morning I ran 1.5 miles, this afternoon, another mile. If I feel up to it, I might get in another mile, maybe walking late this afternoon or this evening.
