Extreme Photographs of The Incident in Fallujah

Shades of Somalia

These pics show what the occupation of Iraq has brought to the country. It's time to think about how the Iraqi people really feel. Are these the actions of 'dead-enders' as the US government always says, or is it indicative of what is really going on in Iraq when the cameras aren't rolling? Keep in mind the US wouldn't go help because they knew they'd be shot up to hell. What do the soldiers know that we in the West don't know?

too true. But it's the ugly reality of anti-american hatred in Iraq, don't you think? Be objective.

It's not just hatred it is blatant disrespect for human life.  The people that they did that to were civilians, not military.  What would people think of the US if we pulled an Iraqi out of their house and did that to them?  It's past hatred.  It's ignorant disrespect.  It also doesn't prove anything and does not advance them in the slightest.  Instead, they look like barbarians that don't deserve any sort of decent treatment.  But, the allied forces would not retaliate like that.  They have codes of ethics that they run by.

This post, however, is more suited for the political area, not photography.  This section is mainly for photographers and discussion about photography, not posting links to other websites.  The websites that you post to are interesting, but they are mainly photo journalism and they are not images you captured yourself.

sorry. I thought photojournalism was plain photography. Thanks Karmagirl. You're one of the top echelon here aren't you? You know the place better than I do. I may post more like this one but only under politics next time.

It shows exactly why that entire country of goat-fuckers and inbred whores should be nuked back to the stone-age. Oh wait, that's where they are already. I hate them all.

who'syourdad there's a good link I linked to in an earlier thread. Go to this site and see the same carnaged bodies only instead of Americans they're Iraqis. Killed by the US in the 1st Gulf War.

Go to this site and see the same carnaged bodies only instead of Americans they're Iraqis.

The difference I see there is that the Iraqis are being treated with respect, not having their torched bodies dismembered with a shovel.
