While you continue to be seen as the great Satan and the leader of the imperialist dogs, nation of United States in America, we are believing that you are one mad cowboy and you just might be crazy enough to use your weapons of mass destruction on our crazy nation in an effort to stop us from gaining the use of the most powerful tools of the almighty civilized nations.

Though we continue to seek the utter destruction of the vile nation of Israel, we wish to distract the world from our efforts to develoop weapons to provide to murderous terrorists and crazed jihadists. In those efforts, we are writing you this letter to express, how you say in your language? Oh yes, my translators tell me the words are "Go F--k yourself!", though they also tell me the words should be changed to read "We wish to discuss our peaceful desires to develop and harness the great powers of nuclear energy to provide power for our tiny nation", {thought balloon here: though it already finds itself with an abundant supply of power to provide for it's needs well into the future.}
