Problem Downloading indemnity Blue DX2

So i got a new computer recently, and few days ago saw the sheer quantity of stuff in indemnity theme...now i setup my desktop with it, but i can't seem to download Indemnity theme for DesktopX v2, link is broken....so if someone from powers that bee reads this, please repair it...or if someone has that theme can you e-mail it to me (object dock icons for clock and weather would also be nice).
P.S. Tried downloading from deviantart but their site has even more problems
