Galaxy type and scoring

Does changing the numbers of stars, anomoly frequency, planets and such do anything to scoring? For that matter does the galaxy size matter directly? Other than maybe just never being able to get a high enough enonomy/population/other with the limited space.

Population figures into score. Sooo not having many planets or many uninhabitable ones will cut you out of some points.
Galaxy size matters. bigger galaxy has more stars which in turn can have more planets, which means more population and thus more score too.
