My Current PT Baseline

I've taken two PT tests this week, and I've been weighed and taped twice.

Monday: 45 push-ups, 55 sit-ups, 16:25 run; 227#, 17.25" neck, 40.5" waist.
Tuesday: 225#, 17.5" neck, 40.5" waist
Thursday: 49 push-ups, 60 sit-ups, 16:44 run

That's what I'm working from... I'm only going to get better.

So.......you were hung over Monday, or you're going to max out by next week.........

No, it's simpler than that: Monday was a diagnostic that I only had to pass. Thursday was... well, it was still a diagnostic that I only had to pass, but it was for BNCOC, and there were a lot more people around. Differently motivated.
