Where'd my skin go?

I updated my skin and everything went well. It showed up under WindowBlinds when I go to Wincustomize, but now it's not there?!?

All updates go through moderation again. They usually get em pretty quick.

A quick question on updates. I may be wrong, but it seems that you can change the wording on the description and it doesn't go through moderation again. It only goes through moderation if you change the graphic image or the upload item itself.

Is this a correct assumption?
