Mods! Where to put the files?

I have d/l the imperial ships and tastys ships nut there does not seem to be any instructions on where to put the all the files. EG: .shipclass or .shipcfg.

Can anyone help?

"my documents/my games/galciv2/ships" is (approximatly) where those files should be placed

The KI also builds these ships ?
Which files must be changed then the KI also use this new ship-file .

KI can not use the designs, it must build it's own designs.

Hi,
Ok, I created a folder called "ships" in the "galciv2" folder (eg. C:/Program Files/Stardock/TotalGaming/GalCiv2/ships) and dumped all the files into it but when I go into the shipyard, as the saying goes: "I SEE NO SHIPS"

Have I done this right?
