The Torpedoes are to slow, how can we make them faster

Hi, I'm gonna make a Startrek mod with the help of many others, I succeded in changing the Phasers as you can see in the library, but I'm despairing in making the Torpedoes faster, i know it is possible, what must I change to make them faster?
what I have to change, when I want the Torpedoe and the real impact on same time?
This would be very helpful...

i immagine it would be one of the .x files in /galciv2/gfx/weapons if it's possible. Those seem to be the only thing dealing with the projectiles short of picking which one to use in the .xml file.

That's all in the .X animation, so you'd either have to tweak those numbers, or make your own new phasor animation.

I succeeded in the phasors, I'm despairing only in making the Torpedoes faster,
The photonRorp.x file as example consists of mesh data and animation data, I think I have to change the Animation data sequence, but i could try and try and try till I have a grey beard, so I ask you(and everyone) if you know which numbers I have to change. This would be nice,

I don't think your gonna get anywhere by changing random numbers inside the x file itself. What they meant is you would need to use something like 3dsmax to edit the animation then export it back to .x

yes, i know, i had to import it and make a new, faster animation (lesser frames but same distance)
i only wanted to know if it can be made easier

i found a possibility i use an other animation, from an other weapon and change the png file, i only have to search the right looking one,


The disruptors succeeeded as you can see the preview in the library soon...
