A few oddities.
Anyone else have these issues?

I have noticed a few oddities with the game that have persisted through each update to the beta 1.1 which I am currently running:
1) When I reload a saved game some of my newly conquered planets have changed surfaces so that structures are now in the middle of oceans.
2) I have one planet that is my economic capital and is my main shipbuilding facility. Unfortunately I accidentally upgraded my starport to a discovery sphere and now I no longer have the option of changing it back to a starport even after I decommisioned the discovery sphere and have an empty tile. No other tiles give me the starport option either!!
3) I have conquered planets with Economic capitals and Technology capitals and now have several in my empire. Are their bonuses cumulative or are they redundant. In any event I cannot remove or upgrade these structures nor can I remove or upgrade other superprojects on my colonized worlds. How do I get rid of these structures??
These are minor details but it would be nice to know if they are by design or by accident or just my own fault.
Thanks.
