Before and After

I have been hesitating posting these, but I decided I might as well.  I'm not going to take my shirt off and flex for ya'll, but I will post these.  Just so you know, the pants I am wearing in the following pictures fit me perfectly on January 1st, 2006.  Not too tight, but not loose, they fit just how I wanted them to.  Now, well, you can see for yourself.  Oh, and sorry about the sweat on the scrub top, I just got back from lifting.

Just going to keep it up now!

That is awesome. So when will you take off your shirt and flex? ha ha.

Yeah, no flexing. Double yeah, pants too small. Keep up the good work

Fantastic BlueDev! Keep up the good work. I'm about to begin training myself. Blah. But at least seeing your results are an inspiration.

Hooray Peter! I'm very impressed and inspired. When do the pin-up calendars come out? hehehe. ;)

Get your wife a baseball bat. She is going to need it to beat the women off you with!

Thanks for all the kind comments.  It is nice to have fairly visible results from my efforts.

Good for you! My tummy is growing for happy reasons for a change Brad and the boys have been doing 50 situps a day and it is already doing some noticable good. I admire anyone who is self motivated. I also think it is wonderful when doctors practice what they preach. It is so hard to take diet and exercise advice from an obese RN!

Kudos!

Go on, admit it, you got a younger, fitter version of yourself for cheap on Ebay and had him pose for the pics, didn't you?

Seriously, though, it is great to see the progress you've made, mate. Good on you. You must be very pleased with yourself. Well done.

Honestly, it is amazing how much younger I feel now.  I feel better than I did when I was 25, that is for sure.

(Nice guns, btw!)

Thanks TW.  I am working on them.  You can't see them very good in those photos, but they are getting quite a bit bigger.  It is nice.

Thanks again for the comments and encouragement.

I always have respect for those who just do it. Stay encouraged. So many complain about being the last one to finish the race when I have respect for those who just do it. That's the way it was for me during my adventure racing days. So keep it up!
