ToolTip blinking problem for 4 years?????

i see posts on the newsgroups for the tooltip blinking problem since 2002, yet there is still no resolution? why has this issue not been addressed yet? it's a really horrible bug, and i think after 4 years, it should of been corrected. is there any work being planned to fix this? is there a known workaround for this issue? some help please, as it's driving me nutz LOL

so, anything? i've got repsonses on thenewgroups that says it doesn't happen for everyone, so i'm willing to run tests, give debug info, whatever it takes to try and help stardock fix this bug. please contact me.

If you blink at jsut the right frequency . . . it goes away. Sounds like you got yourself a user problem.
