Ok...

Its saying that im not autorized to install the MSXML program. The program needed to run the editor. How do i make it able to install that msxml 4.0 thing.

I have a legal and authentic version of windows xp, but its saying that im not allowed to install that file/program.

While I agree in principle with the people who ignored the guy's question and instead whined about the post spamming--you could at least try to answer his question.

Ashurakain--it sounds like you aren't logged in with Administrator privileges, but rather as a standard user account. With a standard user account, many system level items--such as MS XML 4.0--cannot be installed.

I just figured out why he spammed the boards with all those messages. When I clicked the submit button for my post, it gave me NO INDICATION that the post had been submitted, and so I clicked the button again. It was at that point that I had an idea of what happened to the other guy, and stopped pressing the button. I still wound up with two posts.

Yes I could have; BUT the answer to his question was in his post.
Its saying that im not autorized

This means exactly what it says; you need a higher access level so you will be authorized. (i.e. Admin privs). It is NOT my job or desire to support the Microsoft XML library, nor to walk people through the process of installing it. That is what Microsoft's Knowledge Base is for; if you have problems installing a Microsoft product dont' wine to me about it. If you have trouble installing/running GC2:Builder then you can wine to me.

I doubt that's why; look at the timestamps on his messages. He spammed about 40 messages in under two minutes. So even at two minutes, 120 seconds, that means he only waited at most 3 seconds between hitting submit again, and again, and again...

I mean give me a break; I can understand double, triple posts, but 40? Come on people; that was not accidental. So if you wanna throw a hissy fit and get alot of attention great! But don't expect to get mine if your gonna act like a child.

Additionally if he had only made a single post I would have prolly gone out of my way to help him; but that isn't the case is it.
