Metaverse Empire Score?

I have just finished my first metaverse game. the score was updated for my character, but not my empire. Is there a reason for this? or it might be an error that I need to report to stardock? Could someone help me?

Metaverse submissions are currently updated at set times. You may need to wait till one of these set times for your empire data to register.
