Registered game, can't register Metaverse character.

I registered my serial number but the Metaverse will still not let me register my character. I get the following message:

"The serial number you have entered is not valid, or has not been activated.

You may have to register your serial number to proceed. Please visit https://www.galciv2.com/registration.aspx to register your serial number.

If registration fails, or problems persist, please try again or contact support."

Please help me?

Yet another bump. Come on, please help me. I'd really like to get a metaverse character registered. =/ Could someone at least give me the email to Stardock support? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I haven't been able to get any help with my Metaverse issue either, where I get a parser error in my IE window when trying to create a new Metaverse character. Anyone out there?

Wait, moderators, you can shut down this post. I just fixed the problem. Turns out I was using the wrong serial number to register.
