explorer sorting color

How do i change the grey sorting color in explorer?
Look at the image to see what i mean

If you mean the dark gray color, you can't. It is hard coded. It uses a layer of light gray over whatever color you use for the background. Make the background color lighter and the gray will get slightly lighter.

Then i guess i have to live with it.
I can't make the background color lighter, coz it won't be "Dark" Aqua anymore
