Why Can't BOTH Parties just shut up and work!

Hello again.
Sorry about my old post, I had had a very bad day when I wrote that article. Anyway, the reason I am writing today is that I am just frustrated. The US Supreme Court Confirmation hearings were not based upon Sam Alito's abilities or credential, or even his view on issues. It all came down to one thing: Abortion. Now, many of you seem to think I am a right wing nut do to my other post, but this is NOT this case. Yes, I am Republican, but I do not agree on all their ideals. I DO NOT support the idea that abortion is being used as a method of birth control. Also, I DO support abortion in extreme circumstances(eg. rape) I am getting a little off topic though. I basically started this post/article to see what everyone else thinks about this issue. Both parties need to sit down, put aside their differences, and work TOGETHER to better the country.
