Where are you trying to download this "private beta"?
The latest I see on SDC is 3.10.102. The issue could be that it's private, not meant for anyone outside Stardock to download.

Vista's boot skins are high-res and animated. Let's not lose focus on where BS needs to go.

I read somewhere . . . [searching now] . . .that build 5308 had an animated boot. I'd trust Neil more than the mystery souce I can't find.

So when is teh next accidental release of BS+ ?
