Switch User Widget?

I got to thinking... I use secondary users as desktops. I store lots of stuff on those desktops, and switch often 
. So would anyone beable to create a widget that can switch between users with one click (or 2...*read below*)?
I was thinking, maybe a button that is like the shutdown button. You click it, and it switches to the next user. This would be a good basic widget, but the next one I describe would be better.
One that you click, and shows a list of users to switch to in a window. This would be better for users like me who have more than 10 sub accounts @_@.
So would this even be possible? And how hard...?
