Hardpoint glitches fix

I've made a quick fix that addresses some of the hardpoints being rotated in the wrong direction or facing the wrong way. Is there any place for modders to upload content yet?

Click metaverse at the top left of the screen you are looking at now. Youll see a space station, click library. At the top bar mouse over Galactic Library and choose Add/Upload New Mods.
