Tutorials - Need playback control

The tutorial videos desperately need basic playback controls. Ideally, a slider to seek wherever the user wants in the playback stream ala Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player. Not even having a pause button really stinks

Additionally, players should be able to read the text of a tutorial video shown with it without having to watch the video. Listening to the narrator quite frankly is annoying.

While they picked a voice that was supposed to sound neutral and pleasant, after about the first 30 minutes of tutorial watching, I did get a little tired of her voice. A 'mute' button would be great, along with a 'pause' button at the very least. There were multiple times when I'd have to rewatch a video because my daughter would require my attention and I'd miss something that was said and the video would end before I could scroll the text to find what I'd miss. Rewind would just be icing on the cake.
