application serial n. doesnt match metaverse sn?

Try to post a score and got an error stating application serial no. doesnt match metaverse serial number. I have no trouble with the previous 5 games...any ideas?

I have the same problem. I reformatted my hard drive, reinstalled but I no longer have the box. My accounts still work on metaverse, But am unable to send score please help.
