problem: can't post scores

Every time I try to post my score, I get the message:
(13) Your game submission was rejected because the application serial number does not match the serial number on the Metaverse server.

O_o

I did notice that the serial number at the bottom of the download page for patches and whatnot did not match my actual serial number that I got from Stardock and is currently register in Stardock Central. So, I pasted that serial number into the download page and registered it, and I still get the same behavior as above. My account seems to be all messed up or something.

I see your account in there.

 

I would recommend going to https://www.stardock.com/support.asp and putting in your email address and have it send you your serial #.

Odd... I think my serial number changed... I had requested an email before, and now this time the serial number is changed... I assume you did this?

Well.... crapola.

I registered the new serial number I received in the email using Stardock Central. I then opened up the game, loaded my endgame save, and then tried to post the score.

Exact same message except it was prepended with a (12) instead of a (13).
