trouble with WB5

it always asks me to restart

I am pretty new with the forums here...
I have a question
I installed WB5 and when i get to the restart part of the setup i click reboot now. I reboot my computer and when I click on WB5 it asks me to do it again.
It would be nice if I could get some help in this

Try reinstalling with any antispyware and virus scans software on. WB is likely having trouble writing some files.
