WinFX 3 problem

I have both of the latest versions of WinFX & Windowblinds, with both enabled, everytime i open a new window, it is offset to the rightside of my screen and not centered. With WBlinds disabled the windows open up in the correct position. Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

WinXP(SP2)
ATI Radeon 9600 - Latest drivers.
TIA!

Stupid board won't let me post new thread?

Regardless of what other applications I'm using (I can unload WBs, etc.), WindowFX doesn't have Minimize/Restore Transitions or any type of drag effect, even alpha blending. When I click "Try" on the transitions pane it just minimizes the preview window for a second, and then restores it. When I click "Try" on the drag effect pane it just wiggles the preview window back and forth.

I know it's not my hardware because I had version 2.0 of WindowFX and I could do all of the special transitions - like Spin2Taskbar (which still only went to the center of the screen though)

Latest Intel drivers.
Running latest WindowBlinds & WindowFX.

Is this a known problem?

BTW shadows, In/Out Transitions, Icon controls, etc. all work - just the drag and minimize/restore transitions don't work.
