Starting an Empire-Accepting applications.

Hi all.
I recently started a thread to try and join a soon to be empire once the game is released. But since there are apparently no solid empires that have been established I have decided to create my own empire and to organize one before the start of launch.
Goals.
1. To establish a freindly gaming community among GalCiv2 fans through a forum and empire.
2. To help new people and develop strategies.
3. To have the highest empire score!
Requirements.
You MUST be freindly and a team-player. There are no skill requirements or such, you just have to play and have fun. You must also have xfire, which for people that don't know is a msn for gamers.
General.
I will establish a forum so that we can generally talk among ourselves. Please either leave your xfire name here, add gunmanthegreat to your xfire (me) or send me an e-mail at [email protected] and include your xfire name. Between the 17th and 20th I will be away. I will organize the forum and hopefully talk to all interested on the 21st. I really hope that I will be able to start the empire on the same day, but I live in Canada so i may receive the game on the 22nd. Nothing about the empire has been formalized so if you want a specific empire name we can definetely debate that.
