Personally I think it's ignorant and it SUCKS! But then it's Britian, what do you expect? They ignorantly took away any right that the Brits had to defend themselves (gun control) and then act surprised when shit like this happens. Although it is the populations fault. Who let their government totally disarm them?

All I can say is... Fucking assholes. Hopefully, they'll get vandalized so much in the new few months that they'll be crying on national television admitting that they can't just keep condoning such acts.
