Google Chrome and Windowblinds 10

Does anyone know how to use Windowblinds 10 on Google Chrome.  Able to skin the taskbar with WB but not the tab bar.  Been trying to get this answer for weeks with no success.

From what I observe, it is known that Google Chrome is one of the browser that has not work with Windowblinds. I believe that is due to the way Chrome was design to handle skin itself.
