[Opt In beta Bug] - Perigan's falcon can active a quest

I'm playing as the guardian. Her hero Parigan has a falcon as a level up ability. I sent the falcon around and accidentally flew over a quest that was activated.

I believe only hero's should be able to activate a quest.
