I've manually edited the XML's and made a scenario of the 2000 election, complete with issues, the old electoral college, etc. I don't remember any issues the Dems did well on, while I remember that Bush was big on No Child Left Behind, against interventionism, for squandering the surplus on tax cuts for the wealthy, etc. so I'm still going to improve it, but it's definitely playable and fun.

I'll post a link for download within a few days. However, you will have to edit a few files yourself, and I'll post instructions for those here and in the download.

The only known bug is that it forces premade candidates to be from random states, so you only have a one-in-fifty chance of getting a Texan Bush or an Al Gore from Tennessee.
